Focal SUB 600P
Closed subwoofer
Sub 600P is the ideal subwoofer for your audio system, whether for stereo music or home theater. Its closed design delivers deep, impactful and controlled bass. Its 600-watt Class D amplifier feeds a 30 cm speaker with power.
PERFORMANCE
Sub 600P stands out for its meticulous technical design. Its 600 watt Class D amplifier (300 watts RMS) powers a 30 cm diameter Polyflex loudspeaker, a stiffer, heavier cone for high power handling. Its closed design avoids all parasitic noise, ensuring the most faithful reproduction of the original signal.
ESTHETISM
Beyond its performance, this subwoofer combines aesthetics and discretion. Its black High Gloss front panel, brushed MDF cabinet and magnetic fabric holder give it a modern look, blending harmoniously into your living spaces and audio installations.

The SUB 600P brings infrasonic depth, controlled bass and cinematic physicality to a serious home-theatre system. Its sealed 12-inch Polyflex driver and 300W RMS amplification deliver dynamic LFE slam while blending exceptionally smoothly with partnering speakers. In Sound Advice's Theva package test, it gave action soundtracks scale, definition and an enveloping sense of impact.

Assessments of Build Quality, Usability, and Overall Propositions.
Bass
91/100
In the reviewed Theva system, the SUB 600P contributes powerful, dynamic and engaging bass, with explosions given added infrasonic depth. The reviewer also reports "blunt-force-trauma levels of bass" and strong LFE impact, while describing the overall presentation as controlled and well balanced.
Integration
93/100
The strongest evidence is the reviewer's description of bass that is "perfectly integrated with the two floorstanders." Across film material, the subwoofer supports a cohesive, immersive presentation rather than drawing attention to itself or adding audible boom.
Dynamics
90/100
The SUB 600P is credited with giving gunfire, explosions and LFE cues added impact, scale and visceral force. It handles a demanding action soundtrack with engaging bass and enough authority to make the climactic firefight hit hard.
Build Quality
88/100
The review calls the overall package build quality excellent and says its attractive finishes reflect the asking price. This is package-wide commentary rather than a detailed examination of the SUB 600P cabinet or amplifier module, and the review says little about long-term durability.
Features Usability
76/100
The SUB 600P provides stereo RCA and LFE inputs plus switchable auto-standby, covering straightforward conventional system connections. Its control set appears deliberately simple, with no app, room correction, wireless capability or onboard EQ described.
Value for Money
85/100
The reviewer says the package's excellent build reflects its asking price and finds it an accomplished speaker-and-subwoofer combination. However, the review does not directly compare the SUB 600P's price or performance with rival subwoofers.
